You agree NOT to use omg.kim to shorten URLs that:

• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Promote illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain spam or phishing content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute child exploitation material
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Link Expiration

All shortened links automatically expire after 30 days. We do not guarantee:

• That links will remain active for the full 30 days
• That expired links can be recovered
• Any specific uptime or availability

5. Security Measures

We reserve the right to:

• Block URLs flagged as malicious by security services
• Remove shortened links that violate these terms
• Terminate access for abusive users
• Implement rate limiting to prevent abuse

These actions are taken without notice and at our sole discretion.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, including but not limited to:

• Availability or uptime
• Accuracy of redirects
• Data preservation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for:

• Content of URLs you shorten
• Damages caused by shortened links
• Loss of data or links
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken by third parties using your links
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use this service entirely at your own risk.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The URLs you choose to shorten
• How you share and distribute shortened links
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Any consequences of using the service

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the URLs you shorten. We claim no ownership over your content. The omg.kim service, design, and code are protected by copyright.

10. Third-Party Services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes:
